Privacy and data use

Privacy Notice

How information submitted through the Momentum Assistance Program website is collected, used, stored, and shared.

Information Collected

We may collect contact information; property and listing information; ownership and signing-authority information; estimated mortgage, lien, net-proceeds, and transaction information; Realtor or referral information; seller acknowledgments; property photographs; documents voluntarily uploaded for review; offer, lender, concession, and closing information; system and security logs; and communication preferences.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to evaluate M.A.P. eligibility, prepare and route enrollment documents, verify ownership and authority, activate and market an enrolled property, coordinate with authorized Realtors and service providers, review buyer financing or transaction structure, monitor lender and seller-concession changes, communicate status, prevent misuse, maintain audit records, and comply with legal, contractual, regulatory, or recordkeeping obligations.

Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be shared with Mr. Mortgage LLC and its authorized personnel; a seller’s authorized listing agent or transaction participants; electronic-signature, email, storage, hosting, security, and workflow providers; lenders, closing attorneys, title providers, or other professionals involved in an authorized transaction; and government or legal authorities when required. Information is not sold as a consumer-data product.

Property Photographs and Marketing Materials

Property photographs and descriptions are used for public marketing only after the applicable authorization and internal approval. A seller or agent should upload only material they own or have permission to use. Do not upload passwords, medical records, unrelated personal photographs, full account numbers, or other material not requested by the platform.

Secure Access and Device Information

Secure links are time-limited and are exchanged for a short-lived portal session. Users should not forward secure links or use shared or public devices for sensitive records. The platform may record timestamps, access events, request metadata, and security information needed to prevent misuse and maintain an audit trail.

Security

The platform uses role-based access controls, time-limited portal sessions, private file delivery, limited administrator roles, audit records, transport encryption supplied by the hosting platform, secure environment variables, and service-provider security controls. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention, Legal Holds, and Backups

Drafts, declined records, signed agreements, transaction records, and compliance evidence may be retained for different periods based on operational need, contractual obligations, legal requirements, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping rules. A record subject to a legal or compliance hold will not be deleted while the hold applies. Transient access links and sessions expire automatically. Authorized requests for deletion are evaluated against any continuing retention obligation.

Communication Choices

Transactional communications about an inquiry, enrollment, agreement, property, or transaction are separate from optional marketing communications. Declining general marketing messages does not by itself prevent processing of a requested M.A.P. service. Text-message consent, when offered, is separate and may be withdrawn by the stated opt-out method.

Access, Correction, or Deletion Request

To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, call 803-407-4470. Identity or authority may need to be verified. Some information may need to be retained for legal, compliance, contractual, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.
