Website use

Website Terms

These terms govern use of the public website, online intake tools, secure portals, and property pages. A legally effective signed enrollment agreement controls an enrolled property.

Website Use and Acceptance

Use the website only for lawful M.A.P.-related purposes. Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the system, upload malicious material, or submit information you are not authorized to provide. Access to a secure portal is personal to the authorized recipient and may not be shared.

No Automatic Mortgage Approval or Property Acceptance

Submission of information does not guarantee mortgage approval, property enrollment, buyer qualification, marketing results, an offer, a closing, or a particular transaction outcome. Eligibility, verification, underwriting, signed agreements, program limits, company acceptance, and applicable law control.

South Carolina Service Area

Residential mortgage services are currently offered for eligible properties and borrowers throughout the entire state of South Carolina. Properties outside South Carolina are not currently eligible for M.A.P. seller enrollment.

Buyer Lender Choice

Buyers remain free to choose any lender. Financing through We Get Loans Approved or Mr. Mortgage LLC is not a condition of purchasing a property. M.A.P.-specific seller-funded closing-cost assistance and equivalent financing incentives are governed by the legally effective signed seller enrollment agreement.

Seller Enrollment and Preferred-Lender Incentive Restriction

The website explains the business structure but does not by itself enroll a property. Enrollment occurs only under completed, legally effective documents. Those documents may permit a seller to accept an outside-lender offer while restricting seller-paid closing costs, rate-buydown funds, or equivalent financing incentives in an outside-lender transaction unless prior written approval is granted. The signed agreement controls the exact definitions, exceptions, breach standards, remedies, dispute provisions, and duration.

No Separate Website Damages Formula

This website does not independently impose a $5,000 charge, percentage-based charge, lost-origination charge, liquidated-damages formula, or other financial remedy. Any remedy must arise from the legally effective signed agreement and applicable law.

Accuracy, Authority, and Submitted Content

Users must provide accurate information and may not impersonate an owner, borrower, Realtor, or authorized representative. A person acting for an entity, trust, estate, or another owner must possess valid authority. By uploading property photographs, documents, or descriptions, the user represents that the material may lawfully be provided for the stated review or marketing purpose.

Electronic Communications and Signatures

Users who request electronic delivery consent to receive program communications and documents electronically, subject to the separate consent presented during submission and signing. The M.A.P. signing process records signature intent, authenticated access, timestamps, document hashes, and completion evidence. The signed agreement governs execution. Users should retain copies of all completed documents.

Property Information and Public Pages

Only approved marketing information is intended for public property pages. Private ownership, financial, agreement, and transaction information is not intended for public display. Public property information is provided from seller, agent, public-record, or other authorized sources and may be corrected or removed when appropriate.

Intellectual Property

The Momentum Assistance Program name, workflow, site content, designs, forms, and program materials are proprietary to We Get Loans Approved or used with permission. No content may be copied, republished, reverse engineered, or used to create a competing program without written authorization.

Changes and Contact

These website terms may be updated when the platform, providers, or applicable requirements change. The version posted when the website is used applies to that use; a signed agreement remains governed by its own terms. Questions may be directed to 803-407-4470.
